This is a list of individuals serving in the United States House of Representatives (as of January 3, 2025, the 119th Congress).[1] The membership of the House comprises 435 seats for representatives from the 50 states, apportioned by population, as well as six seats for non-voting delegates from U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. Currently, there are 434 representatives.

[edit]Florida 1: Matt Gaetz (R) resigned on November 13, 2024,[2] after an announcement by President-elect Donald Trump of his intention to nominate Gaetz to the office of United States Attorney General, and the House ethics committee seeking to release their report on Matt Gaetz in two days at the time of his resignation. The special election will be held on April 1, 2025.
